Neil's practice includes negotiating contracts on a wide range of entertainment projects worldwide and advising clients on how to protect and defend their business interests by effective use of copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property. He has had the privilege of representing some of the most well-known fashion brands and companies in the United States. Neil is a popular speaker to various entertainment industry, professional and lawyer groups regarding various aspects of intellectual property and entertainment law.

Neil is a graduate of Union College and Albany Law School of Union University and obtained a Master of Laws Degree in Trade Regulation from New York University School of Law. In addition, he has written articles in his areas of expertise for the New York Law Journal and other trade publications. He is admitted to practice in New York, the U.S. Districts Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit. He is a current member of the American Bar Association.
