Neil Burstein is the principal of the firm, an attorney with over 20 years of sophisticated legal experience. He graduated from Union College and Albany Law School of Union University. In addition, he obtained a Master of Laws Degree in Trade Regulation from New York University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts. Mr. Burstein has published and lectured widely on entertainment and intellectual property law matters. He is also a faculty advisor to the Woman’s Economic Development Corporation, an organization which provides business assistance to entrepreneurial women.
Prior to establishing his law practice, Neil Burstein was engaged as a corporate attorney for Saks Fifth Avenue and business affairs counsel to RHI Entertainment (now part of Hallmark Entertainment).
